In this position you will administer contractual provisions for Annuity products in accordance with tax and regulatory requirements to provide customer satisfaction and contribute to the Individual Division's growth, customer retention, competitiveness and profitability.
Perform all service functions related to the life cycle of an annuity contract. Research, evaluate and resolve policyowner and field force requests. Process requirements that access cash assets and accounting records. Issue annuities based on underwriting decisions. Recognize the impact of contract changes related to beneficiaries, power of attorney, trusts, commissions, policyowner values and tax reporting.
Communicate sensitive contract information and contract service options to policyowners, agents, attorneys, CPA's, financial advisors on contractual provisions, statutory regulations and other related contract information. Determine effective dates, billing modes and contract acceptance requirements.
Review and evaluate individual annuity applications and inforce service requests for completeness, State and Federal compliance. In response to customer requests, inform customers of possible legal or tax consequences.
Participate in quality assurance programs with team members and management to implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction in response to department survey results.

- Demonstrated experience working in a high volume customer service, insurance, banking or accounting environment, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
