You will be passionate about what we ’re building. Some of the real problems we are solving that we ’d like your help with: Acquisition: What ’s driving our traffic? How can we optimize our different traffic levers, including natural search, social, email and other marketing channels? Activation: What ’s our conversion rate from visitors to registered users?

How can we optimize our site flows? Activity: What is the value of a visitor, a registered user, and active user? How do we grow these values? What is the typical lifecycle of a user?

What are the key activities that move a user along the lifecycle curve? Monetization: What°s the lifetime value of a user? What drives high click-through rate? How can we help our partners get better value from their ad placements?

Forecasts: Build our traffic, user and revenue forecasts. Understand our advertising model and forecast impressions for potential partners and current campaigns. About You We ’re looking for a passionate, food obsessed, experienced analyst to help us define, answer, and optimize critical business issues as we continue to grow. We°d like someone that has a lot of these skills/qualities: You love data (quantitative/qualitative), and dream in graphs, charts and dashboards.

You have experience assessing, defining and framing a business problem. You analyze data from different sources to develop a POV/answer to critical business issues. You create test plans and measure the effectiveness of marketing and product initiatives. You have experience in creating and supporting reporting requirements and applications.

You have experience in advanced SQL and Microsoft office. You have extensive experience with large data sets and data manipulation. You have experience in statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, or operations research. You have 3+ years of business analytics, consulting, or investment banking experience.
