Requirements:
General manual activities in an industrial environment, working under direct supervision, one or more repetitive bench or line operations to mass-produce products through assembly and/or basic machine operation. (No requirement to read prints), handles stock to prepare for assembly or machine operation functions, identify flaw or imperfections in a product. Manage and maintain smooth and continuous product flow through work area to maximize output, product quality and minimize waste. Be a team player in achieving department and organizational goals. Will use peer evaluation & continuous improvement.

Individual needs to have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment - Good communication skills, the ability to express oneself clearly, read job related material and write effectively - Familiar with computers - Able to apply basic math concepts - Individual must maintain a clean work area and behave in a safe manner - Constant walking, standing, frequent lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, occasional awkward positions - Willing to work overtime and adjust work schedule for shutdown and business needs - Ability to function without close supervision in a trustworthy manner - Good analytical/trouble shooting skills - Ability to read and comprehend a variety of work requests

Manufacturing experience:
- Some technical background, mechanical or electrical
- Desire to continually improve self and processes.

Individual needs to:
