The Job:
From statement of work to delivery of the completed project, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire integration process including development of project charter and scope, through project management planning, and all the way to execution, integration, monitoring and change control.

Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop and track project schedule and budget, and is responsible for determining and acquiring resources needed

Develop simple, measureable, actionable, relevant, and time-bound performance metrics for each initiative

Aggregate and report metrics from across a series of corporate-wide initiatives to reflect the status of progress towards the target for each challenge

Establish strategic implementation plans with project managers and executive sponsors that coordinate change activities, creatively solve problems and monitor project status in comparison to cost/time projections

Manage both directly and matrix resources whose functions include: development of plans, process impact and redesign, change management, communication, training, delivery, implementation financials and monitoring of performance of implemented solutions and continuously improve implementation capability

Interact frequently with executive management demonstrating influence and negotiation

May directly manage a family or series of projects associated with a specific business strategy

Project management expertise includes:
Project integration management – overseeing the entire integration process, from development of project charter and scope, through project management planning, and all the way to execution, integration, monitoring and change control

Scope management – careful scope planning and definition

Constraint management – time and cost estimation and control. Planning covers activity sequencing, resource allocation, cost estimates and budgeting. As projects unfold, managers monitor them closely, control execution times and costs, and assure that these adhere with original forecasts

Project communication management – project managers remain in direct touch with all relevant program stakeholders, constantly delivering required information and periodical performance reports

Project risk management – initial planning includes establishment of mitigation plans designed to address any project risk that may arise. Risk management activities include risk management planning, risk identification, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, risk response planning, and risk monitoring and control

Desired Skills , Education and Experience:

A minimum of 10 years in the Project Management field

A minimum of 5 years of project management experience

Must have experience with financial budgets, and manage multiple projects

Familiarity with IT solution delivery processes

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

Highly Desired:
Experience with Salesforce implementations or integrations or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) implementation experience

Experience in managing delivery teams which include project managers and business analysts

Education and/or Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related curriculum required

PMP certification preferred
