Manage 787 Manufacturing Engineers and Manufacturing Engineer Planners for 787 Program at the Boeing North Charleston, SC site. In this position, the selected candidates will manage a multi-skilled, multi-level ME team. This team will create installation plans, provide direct support to Manufacturing, manage Material Review Board disposition planning, and associated schedules for installation of details and assemblies, rapid resolution, and quick response to ensure mechanics continue adding value to the product. Additional responsibilities include: Developing and executing project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures, and setting operational goals; Acquiring resources for projects and processes; Provide technical management of product data; Lead process improvements; Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, Partners, and direct reports; Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes; Manage budgets, develop and motivate employees.
