We are looking for a Product Manager of Analytics who will work as a part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced company. The Product Manager has responsibility for the product delivery including specification and working with development as well as interfacing with Marketing and Sales.
Specific duties include
Be an expert for functionality within a set of products
Create whole requirements and specifications for both existing and new products
Be a champion for a set of products throughout the company, especially within the Product Group
Be a visible leader within development, documentation, and testing
Manage the whole product delivery to ensure an on-target, high quality, and timely release
Work with customers, prospects, service delivery teams, support, sales, and other outside influencers to ensure a well-rounded understanding of product needs is being properly considered within product specifications
Work with Product Management, Corporate Marketing, and other internal groups to ensure the product functionality and delivery window is aligned with the overall corporate strategies and goals
Understand market research on a set of products to ensure competitive threats are understood and addressed within the product deliverables
Support sales, implementation, and customer support efforts where appropriate

A minimum of a BS in a computer related discipline
Demonstrable proficiency in product specifications and product leadership
Familiarity with analytics, including basic reporting up through predictive modeling and data mining
Knowledge of marketing and how analytics are applied in a marketing context
Knowledge of common direct marketing and CRM methods and processes, how such techniques are applied, and how results of such techniques are evaluated on the back end
Strong time management skills and project management skills
Excellent communication and professional skills
Ability to present to large audiences
Ability to travel on short notice
Experience in online marketing, campaign management or integrated marketing a plus
Experience working as a product manager in an Agile development environment
Background in a product development discipline a plus
Experience with analytic toolsets such as SAS, SPSS, or R
Experience with CRM toolsets such as Aprimo, Teradata, Unica, or SAS Marketing Automation
Knowledge of common customer marketing analytics including customer segmentation, offer optimization, propensity modeling
Hands on experience with both analytic and CRM tools preferred
