We are looking for a high energy, highly capable Senior Product Manager to be based in our San Francisco office. Your sole focus will be consumers. The DocuSign Network is already more than 30 million users strong. It’ll be your job to turn into hundreds of millions of users. Every consumer in the world, anyone who signs anything on paper, is your target. And it’ll be your job to dream up new and innovative ways to get them using DocuSign. You will work with the strategy, business development, user experience, product development, and marketing teams to drive product adoption, usage and virality . We’ve got a few ideas already, but we’re looking for an inspired thinker and doer with the consumer chops to back it up.

Direct Responsibilities:
Drive the design, development and execution of strategic plans, metrics programs, requirements and roadmaps to support the rapid expansion of users of DocuSign and their usage of our products.

Create market requirements documentation, product requirements documentation, product designs, user scenarios, specifications, and use cases to support the development of new products for consumers and the expansion of existing products.

Participate in key implementations with our strategic consumer partners to ensure implementations are of high quality and coordinated with availability of product capabilities. Champion product changes as needed to support the implementations.

Be the expert on our consumer coustomers behavior. Identify key behaviors, activities, motivations, social graphs, online locations, related product behaviors and then use this knowledge to craft the best DocuSign experiences for them

Coordinate with product marketing and other departments to launch product releases.

Work with customers to conduct alpha, beta, usability, and acceptance testing.

Proactively visit customers to solicit feedback, observe DocuSign use, identify and disseminate best practices.

Skills:
Minimum of five years of Product Management experience as a product leader with user facing SaaS offerings and applications with an emphasis in social, consumer, and mobile.

Minimum of 3 years working at a consumer-focused software company with large numbers of users

Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps & functional specifications, launching new products, developing Go To Market strategies, conducting customer research and facilitating user testing

Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, business development and product development teams.

Excellent organizational, presentation and writing skills and ability to successfully interact across functions at all levels of an organization and with customers.

BA/BS required, MBA a plus.
