Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Engineering, Game Studio and Business Intelligence teams to define, launch and manage a loyalty program offering for Kabam's gaming network and distribution business on browsers and mobile.

Act as lead, product expert, and evangelist for the loyalty program.

Identify necessary metrics and analysis to support and measure effectiveness of the loyalty program.

You play games and have good insight into the needs of gamers.

Deep understanding of economics underlying world class loyalty programs.

Metrics-driven with a focus on profitability and ROI.

You think creatively about engaging users, and validate your ideas with metrics and revenue.

You seek to have a big impact on everything you ship, and measure that in millions of users.

You strive to understand user behavior and will stop at nothing to experiment and learn what makes them tick.

You want to work with high performance teams and enjoy a good challenge.

You believe attention to detail is critical in delivering a thoughtful spec, and are driven to make sure everyone you work with is up to the same standard.

You are comfortable at engineering scrum meetings; bonus if you have done coding.

BS/BA in business, engineering or other relevant field.

2-7 years of consumer web or mobile Product Management experience and/or in Consumer Marketing and Loyalty.

Experience with full product lifecycle in an agile environment.

Experience working with a large number of teams and stakeholders.

Bonus for someone who has previously worked in social gaming, though not a requirement.

Previous experience working in the Casino, Hospitality, Airline or Credit Card industries a plus.
