General Responsibilities Responsible for coordinating the leadership, strategic direction, and performance of a product line on a global basis. Develop, communicate, & implement strategic & marketing plans. Coordinate product line management & financials, market research & communications, and new product development.

Business Unit Member
Work within unit to help define strategic direction, marketing & operation plans, & business performance.
Coordinate interactions with senior management team, Sales, & other functions. Represent unit where appropriate.
Product Line Manager

Lead the management of product line regarding:
Category/sku performance & profitability
Pricing levels and situational guidelines
Sales forecasting and service performance
Cost reduction & VIP activities
Lead efforts in defining & prioritizing new category/product opportunities.
Lead the marketing & commercialization steps of the product introduction process.
Represent the unit in exploring new business ventures and alliances within category.
Coordinate brand building, communications & market research activities/budget for product.
Build a market leading expertise within product category's markets and educate the organization to its trends, opportunities, and threats.
Fast-paced, rapidly changing environment where risk taking is acceptable. Must understand the scope of all RCP business operations and exhibit the necessary leadership skills in the functional areas of marketing & business management. Proven ability to work within and lead a teamwork atmosphere. Strong organization, prioritization, conceptual, financial, and communication skill sets. Travel is 25-35%. Qualifications BS/BA in related field. MBA strongly preferred. 5+ years industry or marketing experience.
