Responsibilities:
Digital Air Strike is looking for a Sr. Product Manager responsible for the design, implementation, and rollout of social media and reputation management products reporting to the SVP, Operations

Candidate should possess product management experience in email communication, consumer internet products, social media/reputation management, website technologies/products, or complex system/data integration.

Requirements:
In collaboration with the operations department, you will drive the platform/tools development to improve the operational efficiency of creating social platforms, monitoring dealer reputation, and social marketing to dealer prospects and customers.
Produce the necessary MRD's and PRD's that will be communicated to engineering and will drive their development of products and operational tools for social media and reputation management products.
Intimately involved during engineering's development of social media and reputation management products and operational tools, evaluating the output of engineering, and determining if the product or operational tools meet your specifications.
When needed, expose your product enhancements to customer through a pilot program designed to test and obtain feedback on the enhancement prior to general availability.
You will provide the necessary education and materials to other areas of the company that will be involved in the launch, rollout, training, and support of the tools and product enhancement.
Where necessary, work with technical contacts at social media, review and search sites in an effort to deliver our product offerings to our dealer customers in the most effective manner.
You will be responsible for investigation and problem solving working directly with customer support, program management and launch/integration teams.

Bonus Points:
Bachelors of Science degree
5 – 10 years of experience in product management for Internet based products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent understanding of technology
Successfully works in a team and matrix management environment
Excellent team leadership skills
Previous startup – small company experience
Previous product management experience in the areas of social media or reputation management a plus.
