Move Inc (operator of realtor.com) is looking for a talented Product Manager in San Jose, CA to drive the definition, design, and development of mobile and website experiences for movers, including developing overall user and customer strategies, maximizing usage, improving the customer experience, and enhancing the value of the mobile and web experiences to the consumers, customers and the company. This position is responsible for ensuring a best of breed end to end experience for moving consumers and advertisers, by coordinating and prioritizing the effort and activities of the various cross functional individuals and teams supporting the moving.com business. This position requires ability to directly and indirectly influence various internal constituencies, and the ability to understand:
the needs and behavior of both advertisers and consumers in the category
emerging technology and design paradigms that can be leveraged within the product experience
the range of business and pricing models available for monetization; including expertise in online/mobile lead generation, affiliate programs, rate arbitrage and end-user self-service / auction
emerging and traditional marketing tools/techniques available for audience acquisition

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create consumer marketing strategies in partnership with marketing teams
Contribute to annual product KPI goals in partnership with Finance (e.g. growth in active users, downloads etc)
Create and execute product roadmap features and prioritize individual product releases to achieve KPI goals
Gather user feedback and research from comments and ratings; request and interpret consumer and customer research
Define feature requirements from consumer, customer and partner perspectives and drive projects to support consumer marketing and SEO initiatives
Communicate plans, roadmaps, achievement of KPIs, feature descriptions and write FAQs
Liaison to Marketing, PR, Customer service, and Sales; drive go-to-market strategy and tactics
Monitor competitive landscape to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
Additional Duties which may be performed on an as needed basis or on infrequent intervals (quarterly, semiannually, etc.)
Prepare and deliver ad hoc reporting/analysis or presentations for executive review
Participate in high level client or partner meetings

Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, computer sciences, marketing or a related field and/or equivalent education required
2 – 4 years of work experience with product management or product marketing experience and demonstrable knowledge of consumer-focused web/mobile platforms, web analytics, lead generation is preferred
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
Ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external customers
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) required and mockup/design software (Axure, Photoshop, HTML, etc.) preferred
