Summary: PopCap Games seeks a smart, energetic and talented Product Manager to join their quickly growing social gaming team! The successful candidate will manage new feature implementation and development in a collaborative environment. This position interacts directly with key decision makers as well as engineers, artists and the marketing team.

Manage and design new features that monetize, engage and bring new users to our social games, working directly with artists, engineers, and game designers in a matrixed team environment
Drive viral, engagement, and monetization strategies while always maintaining the fun
Analyze metrics related to existing features and create plans for acting on results and implementing new features
Oversee KPIs for all social game sites to identify areas of improvement or early warnings
Review/conduct competitive research to ensure PopCap is using all available viral, engagement, and monetization tools and ideas
Required Skills/Personal Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of product management experience in social, game, or web
Experience as producer, account manager, or associate producer a plus
Strong sense of design with prior creative review experience
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated passion for learning everything there is to know about Social Networks and Facebook
Experience with Gaming environment a plus
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Team player with strong collaboration instincts
Outstanding problem solving skills and ability to quickly adapt
Relevant experience with data-driven analysis and decision making
Education and/or Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
