RedBrick Health is looking for a Product Manager to develop innovative web and mobile solutions that increase user engagement across the product portfolio. Product managers will work cross-functionally and be responsible for translating market needs to product requirements user stories, and delivering products that are operationally scalable.
Essential Job Functions
With cross-functional teams facilitate and document product requirements through user stories and user experience designs.
Work closely with the technical team to build new product features and enhance existing product features.
Develop processes and tools in order to operationalize the products.
Partner and collaborate with Product Marketing team regarding product capabilities, product portfolio integration and product expertise in order to create sales collateral and other external facing communications and training.
Create and maintain detailed product documents.
Articulate product goals, high-level requirements, and rationale for decisions.
Monitor product performance against objectives post-launch, identifying improvement opportunities.
Essential Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university.
A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a web-based software company.
Innovative, creative and open-minded to develop new products and solutions and integrate the offering with the existing product portfolio.
Strong cross-functional communication skills (verbal & written).
Excellent product development skills.
Experience with web-based product development. Agile preferred.
Ability to work with ambiguity, driving to definition and clarity.
Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
Strong analysis & critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate business and user needs into user stories and requirements.
Experience with user experience development.
Project management experience.
Experience with social networking concepts and product.
Experience with products for mobile devices (smart phones, text, activity devices).
