We are looking for a highly motivated e-commerce Product Management professional that possesses strong communications, influencing, and problem-solving skills. Desired candidate is someone who thrives in a team-oriented, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment, welcomes challenge, embraces change, is creative, can learn fast, and works well under tight deadlines.

You will work closely with design, engineering, compliance, legal, marketing and senior leadership to define, prioritize, plan and drive the execution of eHealth’s Medicare eCommerce Experience for qualified Medicare health plans.

The candidate we are looking for must have a relentless attention to details and a persistent focus on customer experience. Customer integration and front-end experience is also nice to have.

Essential Job Functions:
Produce innovative feature enhancements that will raise key metrics.
Define and execute product roadmaps to meet corporate goals and objectives.
Own the product experience, design and the market/customer POV within the organization, with key customers and partners
Use web analytics, market research, behavioral studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.
Write detailed product requirements documents ( PRDs ) for new functionality
Lead initiatives from concept thru implementation, driving the schedule, and working with key stakeholders and cross functional teams.
Be a cross functional leader across all groups UX, Engineering, QA, Compliance, Marketing
Strong communication skills, capable of delivering a message across all levels of the organization.

Minimum/Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years Product Management experience in a fast paced, consumer oriented environment
Experience writing MRDs, PRDs , and functional specifications
In depth knowledge of eCommerce tactics and customer-centric design
Very comfortable using web analytics tools and accountable for web conversion metrics
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects
Exceptional communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Strong preference for a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
Bachelor’s degree in either a technology or business discipline

Landing Page Optimization Experience (LPO)
Conversion rate optimization Experience (CRO)
Customer Research, and Marketing Background
Front End User, Lead End generation experience.
