The Marketing Manager is a key contributor to the design, implementation and monitoring of strategic mobile marketing initiatives designed to reinforce branding and key messages, provide sales support and achieve marketing plan objectives, contributing to revenue growth and saliency.

Responsibilities:
Provides marketing support for Mobile Services’ executive, sales and operational teams.

Ensures consistency on a global level of Mobile Services brand, value proposition, program/product positioning, and look/feel.

Contributes to the development process (visual and copywriting direction and/or development) for marketing collateral/communication vehicles/sales tools in order to maximize effectiveness of each initiative.

Coordinates internal and/or external resources (as required) to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials/tools/resources.

Develops/designs presentations for Mobile Services executive, sales, and operations teams.

Develops and writes internal (employee directed) and external (client/prospect/consumer) communications.

Work closely in facilitating the development process, in conjunction with New Product Development, Filings and Forms, Actuarial, Legal, Claims, Premium Processing, Licensing, and Consumer Marketing Services. Function as team leader or Channel Driver in these processes ensuring that all team members, Clients and Channel Staff are aware of timeframes and facilitate communication within the team.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
BA or BS degree, concentration in Marketing or Journalism preferred
5+ years of experience developing marketing materials and coordinating marketing initiatives.
Expert level using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications; familiarity with Microsoft Project and Visio.
Requires ability to process and simplify complex information into client/consumer-friendly language/concepts.
Requires incumbent to be self-motivated to independently work to complete multiple projects/tasks in a timely and accurate fashion.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and work independently or as part of a project team to complete multiple tasks.
Requires excellent oral, written and presentation skills (samples will be requested and sample project will be required as part of interview process)
Requires problem solving ability and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities and priorities to meet organizational goals.
Requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to present a professional image.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, 10-20%

Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual, business-level fluency in English/Spanish (both written and verbal)
Internet Marketing/Website/Social Networking experience a plus.
Market research experience a plus.
Experience with design and/or printing preferable but not required
