Starting with an extensive library of unstructured/unrelated geospatial, temporal and social data, PlaceIQ transforms information into time and location context.

Revolutionary techniques in data mining and machine learning at scale are being developed on a daily basis to uncover the reality of the world like no other company can. Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of PlaceIQ products while keeping abreast of market demands, competitive landscape and emerging technologies. Lead Go to Market (GTM) strategy and execution for new products, features and enhancements. Ensure that product details are accurately and effectively captured in customer facing materials.

Lead the development of sales collateral, best practices playbooks and programs to drive sales. Work effectively with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Account Management teams to communicate product positioning, messaging and differentiation in the marketplace. Work closely with product managers to funnel market insights to develop new products. Experience: At least 3-5 years of product marketing experience owning and driving marketing product launches for mobile or online products.

Product marketing experience with mobile, ad-tech, big data, location or audience products preferred. Required Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Exceptional analytical and organizational skills are required. Detail-oriented without losing sight of big picture is required.

Tolerance for ambiguity is required. Experience working with a start up or fast-paced environment preferred. Bachelor ’s degree is a must. MBA is a plus.

Sample collaterals from past experience would be good. This position is located in New York, NY. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer. Competitive Salary/Equity compensation commensurate with experience.
