Responsible for all incoming product inquiries. This includes incoming phone calls, web forms, email inquiries and social media. Be the first line of response to all things product related.
Manage product subscriptions, including setting up and processing new orders that come in through eCommerce
Manage the subscription renewal process, and help organizations remain active customers
Work with Product Support team to manage/escalate any product issues
Draft up order forms for purchases and renewals requiring invoicing
Evangelize Appirio and cloud computing within targeted organizations
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, four-year University
1+ years of previous software sales or relevant operations experience (SaaS and Cloud solutions a plus)
CRM experience (salesforce.com preferred)
Experience with Google Docs and MS Excel
Comfortable speaking to prospects/customers over the phone
Strong understanding of the value of cloud computing
Exemplary communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Must be highly motivated, tenacious, and a self starter
