Shutterstock, Inc. is seeking a talented Product Owner and numbers geek to join a small, fast-moving team intensely focused on constantly improving website conversion and customer experience through rigorous testing. The Conversion Product Owner will report to the Product Director of Revenue and lead a kanban development team. Primary responsibilities will include:
Working with stakeholders and team to research, identify, and prioritize conversion and customer experience problems.
Working with team to generate and test multiple problem solutions.
Leading team in reading results, deconstructing losses, and celebrating wins.
Evangelizing by documenting test results and effectively communicating learnings throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
3-5 years of experience working in online product development and UX.
Professional background in eCommerce, A/B and multivariate testing, conversion optimization, consumer psychology, web analytics, and data visualization.
Educational background in math, statistics, and/or economics.
Strong Excel and SQL skills (HTML and CSS wouldn't hurt either)
Experience managing and leading a team to meet aggressive goals.
The desire to become a leader in a fast-growing company.
Working knowledge of the stock image industry.
