Leverage expertise in Financial/Marketing/Communication/Behavior-Analytics services markets and/or Agile software product development to drive product innovation, roadmap priorities, requirements/design, and delivery execution for our loyalty product offerings that serves to further distinguish our capabilities from the competition and to deepen engagement for our clients’ customers.
Collaborate closely with our market segment managers to pinpoint opportunities for our strategic focus, and ensure the release and sprint plans align to deliver the capabilities to enable winning in those segments.
Facilitate sprint planning sessions to select appropriate priorities from the product backlog for inclusion in the sprint. Able to discern appropriate priorities from the backlog based on a variety of factors, including input from multiple teams (Market Strategy, Relationship Management, and Professional Services), scope/sizing considerations, functional synergies, etc.
Facilitate product scenario, user story, and solution design sessions for product enhancements. Actively participate in detailed design review and product demonstration sessions, offering critical and insightful feedback that shapes the final product delivery to help us win in the marketplace.
Drive effective release status communications to ensure that all appropriate internal teams have visibility to the contents and status of critical commitments in the release, as well as visibility into overall product readiness. This includes ensuring that key product decisions made within the delivery cycle are communicated and understood so that product readiness and intent are achieved.
Manage, direct, and assist technical writing team members to deliver product documentation to ensure effective internal and external communications of each release. This includes user guides, implementation guides, release notes, and various internal release communication sessions.
Participate actively in product innovation and roadmap planning sessions. Actively offer ideas, solutions, and technical product guidance on solution feasibility, approach, and high level scope.
Collaborate within and outside of the product management team to ensure product relevance and prioritization across our loyalty segment offerings.
Four year college degree and 8 or more years professional experience
10 or more years professional experience is required.
Hands-on experience with general product management disciplines, roadmap and release management principles, and Agile-oriented delivery methodology
User interface/experience or design experience
Ability to excel in fast-paced, high demand, Agile-oriented environment
