In this role you will define and drive innovative product strategies and solutions to create a long term product vision; provide thought leadership on industry trends, product strategy, competitive analysis and market/product requirements; and research business justifications and create business cases for new product offerings, including identifying funding stream and business model.

The area provides ample recreational cultural and educational opportunities with great schools and affordable housing. Central Wisconsin also offers world class health care and easy access to metropolitan areas like Minneapolis, Milwaukee, and Chicago.
New product definition experience within the K-12 education industry.
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in education, product management, or analysis in a related field.
Master’s in Education (highly preferred) or MBA with strategic initiatives focus along with product definition experience in educational organization is also highly desired.
Should have a successful track record leading focus groups with customers, requirement workshops with industry experts, and collaboration with the sales and product development teams to help define the path ahead.
