The Product Support Analyst Intern supports AccuWeather Enterprise Solutions business unit by thoroughly reviewing and documenting client setup and support procedures related to all products and services offered by AccuWeather Enterprise Solutions. This position is available from January 2013 to April 2013, depending on the school schedule of the person selected. This is a paid internship for up to 20 hours per week.
Review and document client setup and support procedures for all products and services provided by AccuWeather Enterprise Solutions.
Develop strong understanding and familiarity of AccuWeather Enterprise Solutions products and services.
Work with various departments within AccuWeather to gain knowledge and understanding of necessary processes and procedures.
Present findings to key personnel within the AccuWeather Enterprise Solutions business unit.
Strong communications skills, organization and presentation of written materials.
Ability to research and present data from various sources, including written and verbal.
Great attention to detail.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel required.
Supply Chain and/or Industrial Engineering majors preferred, though not required.
