As Servpro Professional Cleaning Product’s new Product Support Representative, your dedication will not go unnoticed, under general supervision; you will provide product support to customers via the telephone and/or email. In this role, you will be using product knowledge and providing the highest level of customer service and support to resolve issues quickly while strengthening/building relationships.
