Our Product and Engagement Managers have a unique opportunity to manage a relationship with our customers while driving performance and solutions along side many other teams. Bloomreach products are a unique technology tailored to each customer's site to solve complex issues around web relevance. You need to be able to partner with the customer to clearly communicate and realize meaningful results while working directly with our engineering, quality, and marketing teams. Additionally, you are trusted advisers to our customers and product experts in BloomReach technology solutions.
Set goals and help optimize our products performance for existing customers
Engage frequently with product managers and engineers
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
Analyze regularly key account metrics and identify new growth areas
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Partner with Account Executives and Sales Development Specialist to drive account to implementation and contract renewals
You will be measured on the success of your team to accomplish the goals it has set to achieve
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope out business opportunities and to deliver results (e.g. product enhancements, marketing needs)
BA or BS degree. In lieu of degree, 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Experience as account manager, partner manager, or management consultant desired. Experience in online media or search technologies desired.
