PURPOSEThis position supports the NorthMarq Tampa office Production/Analyst staff in all production aspects of investment prospectus materials and provides general administrative support to the Managing Director. Production Management Provides support and work directly with Managing Director in Production Management including the following areas: Maintains accurate monthly production pipeline reports and provides to home office on a timely basis. Coordinates administration and organization of centralized client/investor database Maintains producer client lists Works closely with production staff to generate quarterly lender production reports Schedules all production meetings and events Prepares for weekly production staff meetings, which includes updating lender production schedules, production status report, and monthly leads. Attends weekly production staff meetings Prepare inspections when and where required Assist with Closing responsibilities Act as liaison between Production and Servicing department to ensure Servicing requirements are met.Administrative Assistance Provide administrative support to the Managing Director including, but not limited to the following areas: Hotel/Travel Reservations Correspondence Maintaining Files Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendar Handle confidential and non-routine information Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Support Managing Director, Producers and Analysts on all loan production duties including Advertising. Expense Reports and other clerical duties as they arise.
REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated Technical Competencies to include: Computer literate, specifically MS Word, Excel, ACT! Power Point Above average proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office programs. Particularly, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Working knowledge of ACT Demonstrated Professional Competencies to include: Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information. High level of interpersonal skills, including professional oral and written communications Detailed oriented. Problem-solving skills to reflect level of responsibilities Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments; able to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast paced environment Able to work in team environment. Ability to demonstration professional poise, tact and diplomacy at all times with internal and external customers Education: Associate's degree (A.A.) Or equivalent from two-year College with several years of office experience; or a 4 year college degree; or 10 plus years of office experience.
