Assist and support Production Managers in the production and post-production of on-air/off-air projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle multiple projects simultaneous for internal clients
Assist Print Production Manager & On-Air Production Manager by relaying information and responding to graphics designers’ requests
Issue and revise production schedules
Act as liaison between internal team and vendors to obtain specs and necessary information to develop & complete print/premium project
Help maintain/review WIP (Work In Progress) chart and advise team of any potential problems or delays
Maintain catalog and inventory of premiums
Coordinate the printing and delivery of Food Category business cards
Assist on projects or event productions providing on-site support for production manager and outside vendors.
Organize and maintain premium closet
Handle special projects as assigned
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
May fill-in as production manager on and off-site
May manage project needs for event activations
May assist with processing of invoices

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Standard office and studio environment. Sedentary work. May work outside. May work evenings and weekends
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
