Job Responsibilities:
Ø Assist and support Production Manager with production of shoots.
Ø Participate in creation and updating of call sheets, production binders and materials for shoot days.
Ø Attend shoots and help on-site to ensure smooth production.
Ø Prepare and track documents that flow through departments for signature and submission.
Ø Contact and assist vendors with setup, submission, and tracking of invoices submitted to invoice processing system.
