Manage auditing plans for specific business center to ensure process,cost, quality, safety and equipment reliability standards are sustained.

Implement action plans to support improvements in process, cost, quality, safety and equipment reliability based upon audit results and leadership feedback.

Communicating audit results to business center, customers (internal and
external) and leadership teams.

Tracking of business center performance metrics around cost, quality ,
safety and productivity (scorecard).

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Masters Degree preferred
  • 3-5 yrs work experience in production auditing or front line manufacturing leadership.
  • Data analysis experience preferred.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office related to manipulating data within Excel or Access.
  • Understanding of pulling data from mainframe systems.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes
