Our client, a leader in its industry, is hiring a production control manager for its team located in southern CA. The incoming production control manager will be responsible for production scheduling, production flow and the timely delivery of products to customers. The position will have 7-10 direct reports. The incumbent must have proven success in previous roles that required budgeting.
This is a highly valued position within the organization and the right candidate will have the opportunity for promotion within the first year.
Qualified candidates must have:
Minimum of a high school degree, some advanced schooling highly preferred Prior scheduling experience in a metal fabrication environment Previous budget responsibilities Supervisory and/or management experience Excellent personnel development skills
Candidates with P&L experience and or/Spanish language proficiency, in addition to the above qualifications will receive first priority.
Salary requirements ranging between $85K to $95K, dependent upon experience.
Some relocation assistance may be available.
