This position performs administrative functions as is necessary to maintain the needs of the Packaging Department. This position assembles, maintains and organizes for review daily, weekly, and monthly production records. this position tracks and monitors packaging components and finished goods within SAP. This position also tracks and monitors finished goods within the customer's SAP system. Maintains and issues as needed daily, weekly and / or monthly summary reports of plant productivity and service data, finished goods productivity, product quality data, productivity cost data, and issues a recap of the plant's monthly production information. Ensures that all finished goods are accounted for and shipped within SAP and the customer's systems. Troubleshoots and resolves issues with the SAP system. Participates on Task Teams.
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact well with people at multiple levels of the organization and with external customers in business and technical fields. Must have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and functions. Must be a self-starter, able to organize, prioritize as well as be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must have strong problem solving skills and excellent computer skills and knowledge. This is an individual contributor role that combines hands on abilities with procedural knowledge and kills. Must follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with Corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements along with other duties as assigned.
