We are looking for a Production Lead for the Release Team.

Job Description Responsibilities

As a Production Lead, you would:
Project management of multiple concurrent game launches, from acquisition to commercial launch.
Create and maintain project roadmaps and schedules

Oversee 2-3 junior project managers (Release Associates); ensure projects are on schedule, under budget, and retain a high level of quality

Plan, assign, and track progress of launch-related tasks assigned to internal and external teams

Participate in and help manage the QA and localization process for games to ensure they meet high quality standards and expectations

Work with Release Manager to help improve efficiency of new game launches across all departments

Lead bi-monthly planning and daily standup team meetings

Mentor and train junior members of the game release team

At least 2-3 years’ experience in the game industry as a producer or project manager (MMOs a plus).
Superb people and project management skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate across departments and ensure a productive, cohesive relationship

Experience working with or playing online games (particularly MMOs)

Background in game testing/QA is a plus

Familiarity with agile or SCRUM is a plus

Fluent in Japanese, Korean or Mandarin a strong plus
