The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring that the fulfillment of Medivo-specific and/or client-related materials is delivered on budget, on scope, and on time. He/she interacts with several internal Medivo groups, including Marketing, Program Management and Development as well as outside vendors, to coordinate the timely fulfillment of all online and offline client and Medivo mailings to providers and patients. One key accountability of this role is to ensure that client fulfillment programs are executed according to contractual schedules. Note that the scope of this responsibility includes fulfillment of both printed materials and digital impressions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain a thorough understanding of Medivo’s product and service offerings for providers, patients and partners

Work closely with the internal teams (e.g. Client Services, Provider Services, Data Operations, Marketing, Product, Technology, etc.) to coordinate the production of each product and program

Manage relationships with third-party vendors who perform the fulfillment and digital impression on behalf of Medivo, including ensuring Medivo’s vendors meet their contractual obligations

Ensure that each product and program’s priorities, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables for fulfillment and digital impression are clearly communicated and understood by the internal teams and third-party vendors

Act as the point of approval for all materials that will be fulfilled or digitally impressed

Ensure that Medivo’s opt-out rules are enforced

Identify, prioritize, mitigate, manage, and drive resolution of issues, constraints, dependencies, and risks throughout the life of the Medivo production process

Prepare regular status reports, documentation, and other communications to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the reporting is accurate

Meet production deadlines for all fulfillment and digital impressions operations

Ensure the quality and performance of internal and external fulfillment operations are maintained at a level to provide WOW! service to providers, patients, and partners

Maintain a thorough documentation of the Medivo production process and drive the process improvement for the fulfillment area (lessons learned, best practices, corrective/preventative action, etc.)

Desired Skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior track record of successful fulfillment and/or production management strongly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership, negotiating and motivational skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills; strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, quickly adapt to changes in priorities, execute under accelerated timeframes, and respond in a timely manner to inquiries.

Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent applications required.

Demonstrates the value of being a team player through his/her actions.

Has the desire to work in a start-up environment where personal contributions make an immediate impact.
