Job Overview

Title: Production Operator, PC Fabrication

Job Family: Fabrication

Reports to: Fabrication Manager

Works with: Manufacturing Engineers, Design Engineers

Location: Located at Korry facility in Everett, WA

Type: Full Time

Job Summary

Reads engineering drawings proficiently and checking parts for conformance to specification. Demonstrates a commitment to the success of department goals, supports the efforts of other team members, and contributes to team problem solving and production efforts in all aspects of job responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

Understands and reads engineer drawings and routings

Mixes touch-up paints, prep parts for painting, bonds legends and applies conformal coating. Includes SPC data collection, and work-order/traveler statusing.

Performs work order statusing, and dispatch list maintenance

Collects SPC data

Participates in team activities

Basic understanding of Lean principles

Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above

Understand and live by Esterline’s ethics and business conduct policies


Ability to follow detailed processing sheets.

Ability to read and follow blueprints.

Attention to detail.

Good hand/eye coordination and free from chemical allergies.

Willing to work extra hours, and potentially weekends.

Basic computer knowledge

Must have effective listening skills in order to receive instructions from supervisor.

Laser Etch experience a plus.

Education/Previous Experience Requirements

High school diploma required or equivalent experience.

Typically requires one and one half years of related experience

Work Hours

Day Shift 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday through Friday
