AASC has an opening for an experienced Planner.
PRIMARY JOB SUMMARY:
Prepares production schedules for programs assigned by the Program Manager.
Releases and manages work orders from inception to completion.
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to the production parts.
Prepares production reports as required by the Program Manager or Director of Programs
Prepare work orders to create the part and continue the flow through the facility/
Closes work orders and create shipping documents for final shipment to the customer.
Communicates to customers with respect to shipping details as required.
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in the field.
Good computer and communication skills a must
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures of a manufacturing facility with respect to production operations, machine shops, etc.
Possess better than average organization skills.
