Production Planning Integrator

Aeronautics is responsible for furnishing all parts, materials, and components in support of F-35 assembly activities in Japan. This position will interface with Procurement, Production Control, and Subcontract Management teams in Fort Worth, British Aerospace (BAE) and Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), and Japan's MHI Contractor as required to ensure all parts, materials, and components are ordered, received, and shipped to Japan according to production needs. As the FACO (Final Assembly and Check Out) Supply Chain Lead for Fort Worth, this personnel will be responsible for creation/establishment of new procedures and processes for how Lockheed Martin (LM) will provide Materials to support the production of F-35 aircraft in Japan at the Final Assembly and Check Out facility. They will serve as the team lead for creation of new metrics to measure LM, Northrup Gruman (NGC) and BAE's performance relative to on-time delivery of materials to support assembly and test of new F-35 production aircraft. This integration position will support supply chain management to ensure personnel assignments are adequate and properly staffed with trained personnel to support the initiative. The selected candidate will work with external and internal customers to create, track, and report Furnished Material performance metrics. In addition, this position will serve as the team lead and will be responsible for selected Major Systems status. Occasional travel to Japan may be required.
-Demonstrated Leadership capability in a manufacturing environment
-Proven capability to gather date and report status from multiple sources
-Candidate must have demonstrated Project Management and Subcontract Management experience.
-Familiarity with various Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) Systems to include Systems, Applications, and Processes (SAP) and Production Control processes that will allow tracking of internal Make Parts for shipment to the Final Assembly Check Out (FACO).
Strong Microsoft Office Operating System skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project).
-Superlative communication (oral, written, and presentation)skills
-Capability to present information to all levels of management
-Demonstrated capability to lead a team during mangement's absence.
-Experience working with International Customers and their personnel
-Demonstrated performance with Procurement and Supply Chain Management roles and responsibilities.
-Experience in working with Program Management Office and Senior Management.
