Production Print Sales Specialist
The goal of the Production Print Sales Specialist is to support and drive the sales of MRC's designated
Production Print product portfolio through an assigned sales team and a list of designated named and vertical accounts.
The Production Print Sales Specialist is a senior member of the sales team and is expected to assist the Sales Managers in the training, development, and pre-sales support of their assigned team members to reach MRC's Production Print revenue and profit targets.
Monthly team and personal Production Print quota achievement.
Develop a Production Print sales and marketing business plan for their assigned group yearly to be updated quarterly.
Insure that Production Print Certification is achieved by all of their assigned team members.
Assist the Sales Manager in developing ongoing Production Print training goals and objectives for each team member and track the individual team members Production Print training program and progress.
Participate in all team meetings, training, functions, and events as assigned by MRC's management team.
Take responsibility for your personal training goals and bring to MRC's management attention the training needs and opportunities for both their team and themselves.
Work with MRC's 3rd Party vendors to leverage these partnerships into increased sales and profits.
Play a key support role in the development of Major Account presentations.
Compensation and Benefits Package to include:
Targeted earnings of $50,000 for first year entry level, outside sales
