Conceptualize, write, shoot and non-linear edit commercial overflow and special projects. On the Ignite system, act as back-up Director and Floor Director for cut-ins, special reports and newscasts on an as-needed basis. Act as a Field Director or serve other Production function on an as-needed basis for cross department station initiatives that involve newscast elements with revenue generation and Direct live-stream event coverage of high school football games and other community events. Must be willing to work flexible hours in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment. Experience in television production preferred. May also assist in maintaining the news set, studio and facilitate set changes for commercials and other studio projects.
Required Skills
Videography skills required, high quality shooting skills preferred; strong Non-Linear Editing a must, Adobe Editing Suite preferred; strong creative writing skills essential; ability to interact and troubleshoot with clients on a professional level.
Required Experience
Experience in television production and non-linear editing a must. Previous commercial or promotional production experience preferred.
