Description of Duties:
This position is responsible for performance testing, calibration and repair of medical equipment in accordance with the device specifications. Additional responsibilities include technical assistance to our customers and sales force on the operations and repair of equipment in the field.

â¢ Read and interpret technical manuals, company procedures and GMP regulations.
â¢ Write legibly to record production and inspection results to meet FDA requirements.
â¢ Calculate labor standards by using simple mathematical principles while computing production efficiencies using standard rates and converting to percentage.
â¢ Document all test and/or inspection results and conclusions.
â¢ Calculate figures and take measurements to complete technical data requirements and determine their conformance to engineering specifications.
â¢ Respond to technical inquires or complaints from customers and company representatives.
â¢ Define problems, collect technical data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
â¢ Use technical documents to identify component and assembly part numbers and understand their function in the circuitry.
â¢ Use soldering & de-soldering stations, common hand tools, and de-soldering equipment.
â¢ Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent Military electronics training or Electronics technical school.
â¢ Two years of practical experience and general knowledge of electronics.
â¢ Demonstrate the ability to analyze and troubleshoot analog, digital, and RF circuits down to the component level.
â¢ Demonstrate the ability to measure electrical specifications using a variety of electronic testing equipment such as: Oscilloscope, HV probes, DMMâs, ESU & Safety analyzers, and PCâs.
â¢ Demonstrate the ability to recognize electrical and mechanical components and assemblies as referenced in engineering drawings, bills of materials and technical manuals.
â¢ Experience with IPC-620 or Mil-Spec standards is beneficial.
â¢ Minimal to moderate computer skills.
â¢ Demonstrates a quality and safety orientation to all aspects of work.
â¢ Ability to speak effectively and present information while responding to technical questions or informational request from our customers or company employees.
â¢ Ability to write clear and precise documentation of technical data results and routine correspondence.
â¢ Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills and apply concepts of basic algebra using standard units of measure.
â¢ Requires the ability to lift up to 55 pounds frequently.
â¢ Testing required to demonstrate knowledge of matching, coding, measuring, inspecting, and math.
