Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvement suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. Candidates must be willing to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. Shift & weekend work is required.
Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, be able to use time effectively, have the ability to prioritize and have good decision-making skills. Must be dependable and possess an interactive and positive attitude towards continuous improvement and the achievement of operational goals.
