Part-Time Production Workers (Reserve Pool)
for our dairy processing plant located in Walton, NY.
Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvement suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. Candidates must be willing to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. Shift & weekend work is
required

Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, be able to use time effectively, have the ability to prioritize and have good decision-making skills. Must be dependable and possess an interactive and positive attitude towards continuous improvement and the achievement of operational goals.
Qualifications
Stable work history
High school diploma or GED
Candidates must be available to do shift and week
end work as needed, including 8 and 12 hour shifts
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
