Required Skills

oProvide both standard and complex (as needed) project implementation to church partners:

oProvide leadership and Fellowship One expertise to project and church partner

oProject Manager for project implementations

oCommunicate implementation timeline and other project requirements/deliverables

oFacilitate strategic meetings with church partners

oSetup required databases

oCreate Data Conversion Plans

oMonitor eUniversity Training Progress

oConduct Ministry Consultations and Coaching

oMonitor project progress, risks, and issues, and alert leadership as needed

  • Manage time within budgeted project hours while meeting expected utilization targets
  • Track project implementation progress in Basecamp
  • Generate follow-on sales resulting in further consulting or implementation upgrades Work Orders
  • Ensure church partners develop skills to independently use Fellowship One successfully
  • Achieve a high level of Customer Satisfaction through careful planning, creative problem solving, solid expectations management, and effective relationship development
  • Provide remote and onsite consulting to church partners
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication to promote a seamless, exemplary customer experience
  • Document best practice solutions for Implementation Services staff and church partners
  • Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings and monthly departmental meetings
Required Experience

  • Ability to quickly establish credibility both internally and externally
  • Exemplary verbal & written communications skills
  • Demonstrate creative and flexible problem solving, organizational, and time management skills to meet the needs of others
  • Demonstrate ability to organize and manage numerous details accurately with excellence
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited direct supervision
  • Willing to travel (up to 75%)
  • Demonstrate Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word competence
  • Flexibility to quickly adjust to changes in priorities
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Continuing education on Fellowship One, Software as a Service and Church Industry Trends to remain as a value add in the position
