The Professional Services Sales Consultant is responsible for introducing, scoping and selling Professional Services to Neustar’s Major Accounts and assigned Strategic Accounts. The Professional Services Sales Consultant will be successful by accurately articulating the services that Neustar’s Professional Services team can add to a customer’s or prospect’s managed services, as well as standalone solutions that help them promote and protect their business. Along with their own accounts, the PS Consultant will also assist Sales Managers and Account Executives with scoping complex professional services deals that may be uncovered in the direct sales cycle.

Responsibilities/Key Tasks:

-Understand the current and future needs of Enterprise leads and customers, as it relates to Professional Services

-Aide in educating existing sales team members on Professional Services offerings and capabilities

-Work with sales execs and client execs to drive new business opportunities with new and existing clients

-Qualify and lead professional services opportunity pursuits while working with senior leaders in the Professional Services group and sales/client executives

-Drive and evangelize the value of Neustar Professional Services internally and externally

-Sell Professional Services solutions to new and existing customer base

-Leverage Case Studies
and productized solutions designed for Enterprise managed customers

-Support sales opportunities with quick-turn proposals and building a complementary solution sales
strategy aligned with current services.

-Pre-Sales call preparation with account teams and managers

-Collaborate with PS delivery managers and executives to scope complex engagements

-Attend industry wide events to introduce Professional Services

Qualifications/Education Requirement:

-Four-year college degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field

-Requires at least 5-7 years successful sales or consulting experience, at least 3 of which in complex solutions, services sales, or engagement management

-Experience working with variety of accounts
