H2 Performance Consulting (H2PC), a high-growth, technology-enablement firm, is currently seeking to grow their team in the New Orleans, LA and Charleston, SC area and is looking for highly motivated and experienced candidates in the following areas:
Ø Program Analyst
× Analyzing and evaluating (on a quantitative or qualitative basis) the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.
× Developing life cycle cost analyses of projects or performing cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs.
Ø Operations Analyst
× Support qualitative and quanitative analysis across disciplines to solve problems and discover efficiencies.
× Draft executive memoranda and reports for analyses performed in a clear, concise manner.
× Key member supporting data management, client reporting and problem resolution. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a positive, professional attitude with strong ability to work in a team environment.
× Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required – including Word, Access, Excel, Project and Visio
× Excellent Communication Skills required!
Candidates for consideration will be required to possess at a minimum :
× Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or have at minimum 3 years program or project management-specific work experience and ability to obtain PMP Certification within 45 days of extension of job offer.
× At least five (5) years’ work experience, preferably within the defense market.
× Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
× Secret Security Clearance Required - Ability to obtain a security clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified materials.
× Strong Microsoft Excel skills – assessment to be conducted.
× Strong Analystical skills – assessment to be conducted.
× Experience within the Information Technology/Information Management projects is highly desired and preferred.
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000
