The Department of the Army, Program Executive Office for
Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Project Manager for
Combined Arms Tactical Trainers (PM CATT), Assistant Project Manager (APM) for
Medical Simulation (MedSim), Program Manager for the US Air Force Medical
Modeling & Simulation Training (AFMMAST) Program has a requirement for Air
Force Medical Modeling and Simulation Training (AFMMAST) Program Support
Services.

Essential Duties
and Responsibilities

:

Program Administrator

that will develop, facilitate & align Strategic Planning,
Programming & Operation Support, to include business & requirements
planning, policy execution, and program management which supports
cradle-to-grave deliberate planning processes

Minimum

Qualifications:

perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Five years of proven experience in leading National and
International fiscal operations in medicine, simulation, and/or education based
upon the premises of quality customer service, coordination, and execution.

  • The candidate must have Air Force Program Objective memorandum,
resourcing, contracting, and logistics experience.

  • The candidate must have a Graduate Degree in Business
Administration, ten years experience in medical military hospital
administrative training, preferably in the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS).
Expertise is required in the Department of Defense Planning, Programming, and
Budgeting System (PPBS) and Unfunded Requirement (UFR) drills. Deployment
experience is preferred.

skills proficiency, such as timely feedback, performance appraisal, handling conflict
in the workplace, documenting subordinate behavior that does not meet
identified standards, team building proficiency, and motivating staff toward
desired outcomes

Work Environment
