: This position is responsible for assisting with the research, development and writing of grant proposals and narrative reports to funders in collaboration with the Executive Director and HRHS Development Department.
This position provides administrative support to the Executive Director through assistance with special projects, public relations, website management, etc.
This position is responsible for the oversight, collection and reporting of program outcomes and HMIS administration.
The Program Analyst also prepares all required agency annual reports/updates.

Develops and implements a research tool to effectively measure program outcomes and successes.
- Bachelors degree, Master’s degree a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with grant writing
