Responsibilities :
  • Assist the Service Provider Coordinator in maintaining ongoing relationship between the Child Care Fund and Service Providers
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating database of childcare service provider and vendor information
  • Track and monitor service providers status information, scan providers documents and file for easy retrieval; and notify staff of provider updated information
  • Assist with the support of Camp fee negotiations and meeting with providers
  • Assist with the coordination of service provider with research of existing fees for comparable services or by documenting past utilization and cost; and compile/ maintain service provider files and documents
  • Assist with the creation is Service Providers group or individual meetings/ trainings
  • Assist with creation of the Service Provider Booklet ensuring that the information is accurate
  • Participate in annual registration for the Children Care Fund benefits and external events ( i.e camp visit and outreach events)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
  • High School Diploma or GED required; plus
  • M inimum two (2) years administrative and data entry experience; and knowledge of childcare services required
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate skills level in MS Word ,Excel; PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must be detail – oriented , highly organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work flexible hours, some weekends and evenings required
  • Must meet performance standards including attendance and punctuality
