Supports the CALP Administrator to ensure quality programming and operation throughout the community based program.
Essential Job Functions:
Effectively and regularly implements a quality assurance program at each assigned location.
Trains supported living assistants and managers in a timely and effective manner.
Oversees and assists with medical concerns and medical billing of people receiving services as requested by CALP Administrator.
Assists with program expansion.
Communicates effectively with team members while ensuring confidentiality.
Provides coverage in various locations during shortages.
Monitors budgets, maintanance records, van records, and staffing records on a monthly basis.
Is flexible in both hours worked as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks which change on a daily basis.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
High school graduate or equivalent. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
Certificates, Licenses or Registrations
Valid driver's license and good driving record as defined by Bethesda policy. Current CPR/First Aid training.n.
Physical Demands
Must be able to assist with two-person lift and do frequent lifting and bending.
