Role & Responsibilities
To provide administrative, logistics, and financial management project support. This position will work closely with program staff as well as with contracts, finance, and procurement staff to implement high quality, efficient field office operations and overall project activities.
Provides logistical and administrative support to projects and programs through the performance of assigned tasks and activities.
Follows through with project work as directed by Project Manager or Principal Associate.
Delivers administrative and technical support to non-primary project on an as needed basis.
Contributes to new business activity and proposal development activities.
Performs other duties as directed by Senior Directors.
Reviews assigned tasks in projects and programs and recommends changes to improve performance.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
Fluency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual ability preferred.
Ability to produce quality work and to meet tight deadlines while performing several tasks simultaneously.
Proven team player with the ability to provide a high level of attention to detail when carrying out tasks, including strong organization skills, required.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Must demonstrate personal attributes such as loyalty and integrity in addition to being resourceful and flexible, which is inherent in this position.
