PROGRAM ASSOCIATE, Professional Education, to work with program colleagues, supervisors, vendors, faculty, and others in the planning and delivery process for forty-plus short courses each summer. Responsibilities will include customer service, application review, student registration, course set up and other logistics, and the regular monitoring and maintenance of the program website.
REQUIREMENTS: a minimum of five years of related experience; superior customer service skills; excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and problem solving skills; accuracy and detail orientation; ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multitask in a high-volume work environment; good judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality; advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and database management; and ability to work as a team player and foster collaborative working relationships with faculty and staff at all levels. Seek self-motivated professional who demonstrates the desire and skills necessary to contribute to ongoing program and process improvements. A bachelor's degree and MIT experience preferred, as is familiarity with HTML and Dreamweaver and experience with CRM/system administration.
