Unencumbered RN license in Maryland
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience in th.e past 5 years (1 year in geriatric).
- Adult Education credentials (train the trainer) or 2 years nursing related teaching experience.
We are seeking a dynamic nursing educator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a current R.N. license in the State of Maryland with unencumbered CNA/GNA certifications all verifiable with the Maryland Board of Nursing.
Three to five years experience running a unit in a long-term care facility along with 2-3 years recent geriatric care experience.
A valid driver's license and 2 years teaching in a nursing program or equivalent.
Previous experience in a career school and bachelors in nursing are preferred.
-Supervise the CNA educational team
-Visit/oversee various clinical sites
-Organize student services and lead retention activities/efforts
This is a full-time weekend position covering several campuses in the greater Baltimore area.
