The duties of this position include:

*Supervision of staff including clinical care managers, occupational therapist (if applicable), registered nurse, and group home supervisor.

*Supports building bridges initiatives including: Family engagement, Student guided care, Cultural and linguistically competent, strength based services

Job Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or community treatment setting, including 2 years in supervisory role in the human services field.

*BA in human services

*Master's degree is strongly preferred

Devereux Massachusetts is located on 100 beautifully wooded acres in Rutland , MA . Our rural setting provides an expansive area for outdoor, therapeutic Adventure-Based Counseling, a National mini-bike program, hiking, and a variety of sports activities. Our residential treatment campus serves approximately 100 children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral and psychological disorders. In addition to residential services we offer a full continuum of care including a day school, community-based group homes, diagnostic services, and therapeutic foster care services. All programs are designed to meet the individual needs of each client.

Brief Description

This position is responsible for program development and the overall daily operations of a group home. As a Program Coordinator your responsibilities will include program development, supervision of residential and clinical staff, management of program budget, ensure community integration opportunities for clients of the group home. You will aso be responsible for ensuring the quality of integrated services. We are looking for strong female role models to work in our Girls Program.
